The SLG-RSUB10XLLD turns your Polaris Slingshot's rear storage compartment into a low-end powerhouse. Preloaded with DS18’s EXL-X10.4D, this sealed enclosure is made to match factory styling and deliver massive bass!
Seamless InstallDesigned specifically for 2015+ Polaris Slingshot models, this enclosure drops into the driver or passenger rear storage compartment using OEM bolt locations. It comes preloaded, prewired, and ready for your aftermarket amplifier.
Maximum PunchWith a final load of 2 Ohms and power handling of 850W RMS (1700W MAX), the EXL-X sub slams hard in the tight 0.54 ft³ sealed enclosure. Damping materials and premium ¾” MDF construction ensure clean response and tight control at any volume.
Engineered to OutperformThe SLG-RSUB10XLLD is finished in a rugged black bed liner coating to blend with factory plastics while holding up to sun, heat, and moisture. RGB-ready wiring is built in, so you can add lighting effects using DS18’s optional RGB controller for a full custom vibe.

RMS vs. MAX power — which number do I actually care about?
RMS is what your gear handles continuously; MAX is the short burst it can survive without complaint. Match your amplifier's RMS output to your speakers' RMS rating — sizing off the MAX number is how magic smoke gets released.
What does the IP65 rating on DS18 marine gear actually mean?
It's dust-tight and rated against low-pressure water jets from any direction — built for spray, rain, and the occasional wave over the bow, not for full submersion. If something's going somewhere it could sit underwater, that's a different conversation entirely.
How do I match an amplifier to my speakers without guessing?
Add up the RMS rating of everything the amp will power, and pick an amp whose RMS output (at your speakers' impedance — usually 4-ohm) lands close to that total. Undersized is thin sound; wildly oversized is a fast way to blow a voice coil.
Can I mix marine-grade gear into a standard car audio setup, or the reverse?
