DS18 JVOCE8
Marine Roll Cage Sound Bar Tower Sound System with 2x PRO-HY8.4B Included
DS18’s JVOCE8 is a high-powered roll cage pod system engineered to deliver superior audio for Jeeps, ATVs, UTVs, and off-road vehicles. Equipped with dual PRO-HY8.4B coaxials, these pods pump out LOUD, crystal-clear audio across an extended frequency range—perfect for cutting through any surrounding noise.
Powerful Audio
Each 8” speaker features a high-compression horn with a titanium diaphragm for brilliant highs, paired with a midrange ferrite motor for punchy, clean mids. With an impressive 500W RMS and 1000W MAX Power Handling, these speakers deliver high-output performance that stands out from your traditional tower speakers.
Mount Almost Anywhere
The JVOCE8 now comes with adjustable clamps that fit 2” to 3” roll cages and mounting tubes, giving you more flexibility to install on a variety of vehicles. For flat surface installations, pair it with DS18’s FLMBX flat mount bracket.
Built-In RGB LED Lighting
Enhance your adventure with integrated RGB LEDs inside the enclosure that illuminate the speakers and the DS18 logo. Control the lights using the DS18 LED-BTC (sold separately) and customize colors, brightness, and effects from your phone using the DS18 LED-BTC App (available for iOS and Android).
Ready for Any Environment
Built with high-density plastic and UV protection, the JVOCE8 enclosure is designed to handle tough conditions. Rated IP65 water-resistant, these pods withstand rain, mud, and splashes—so you can ride harder without worrying about damaging your audio system.
Bring the noise wherever your adventure takes you—choose DS18’s JVOCE8 for LOUD, powerful, and dynamic sound.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
RMS vs. MAX power — which number do I actually care about?
RMS is what your gear handles continuously; MAX is the short burst it can survive without complaint. Match your amplifier's RMS output to your speakers' RMS rating — sizing off the MAX number is how magic smoke gets released.
What does the IP65 rating on DS18 marine gear actually mean?
It's dust-tight and rated against low-pressure water jets from any direction — built for spray, rain, and the occasional wave over the bow, not for full submersion. If something's going somewhere it could sit underwater, that's a different conversation entirely.
How do I match an amplifier to my speakers without guessing?
Add up the RMS rating of everything the amp will power, and pick an amp whose RMS output (at your speakers' impedance — usually 4-ohm) lands close to that total. Undersized is thin sound; wildly oversized is a fast way to blow a voice coil.
Can I mix marine-grade gear into a standard car audio setup, or the reverse?
You can run marine-grade gear in a car — it's just over-built for that environment, no downside besides cost. Running non-weatherproof car audio gear in an open UTV or boat is the direction that causes problems.
What gauge wiring kit do I need?
It scales with your amp's power draw and the length of the run — DS18's OFC kits come in 4-gauge and 8-gauge for a reason. Undersized wiring on a high-draw system is a voltage-drop and heat problem waiting to happen; when in doubt, size up.
