DS18 CA-X3DS6LDV2
CAN-AM X3 6.5” Dashboard Panels Loaded With NXL-IQ6/BK Speakers
Crank up the volume on the trails with DS18’s CA-X3DS6LDV2—the ultimate off-road audio upgrade for CAN-AM X3’s (2017-2026). This setup takes your adventure to the next level by fitting 6.5-inch waterproof speakers and Digital LED lighting right into your dashboard.
Sound For Every Terrain
Built to handle the elements, these speaker pods house two IP65-rated DS18 NXL-IQ6/BK coaxial speakers: designed to resist water, dust, and dirt while delivering crisp highs and punchy bass. Each speaker has an RMS power rating of 150W and peak power rating of 300W at a nominal impedance of 4 ohms. The open baffle design improves airflow and sound projection.
Custom Fit, Easy Install
Designed for plug-and-play compatibility, these panels bolt directly into your CAN-AM X3’s factory dash locations—no cutting or modifications required. The rugged polyethylene panels feature a UV-resistant black textured finish, seamlessly blending with your vehicle’s OEM styling.
Light Up the Night
Equipped with exclusive digital LED lighting, the CA-X3DS6LDV2 adds a personalized light show to your setup. To unlock full functionality, pair it with DS18’s LC-DRM controller (sold separately) and control your lights via the DS18 LC App on iOS or Android.
Smart-Lok ready
If your Can-Am X3 is equipped with Smart-Lok, DS18 provides relocation instructions to ensure everything fits properly while keeping all your vehicle’s key features functional.
If you want bold, high-performance audio with a factory-fit look, DS18’s CA-X3DS6LDV2 is an easy and stylish upgrade.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
RMS vs. MAX power — which number do I actually care about?
RMS is what your gear handles continuously; MAX is the short burst it can survive without complaint. Match your amplifier's RMS output to your speakers' RMS rating — sizing off the MAX number is how magic smoke gets released.
What does the IP65 rating on DS18 marine gear actually mean?
It's dust-tight and rated against low-pressure water jets from any direction — built for spray, rain, and the occasional wave over the bow, not for full submersion. If something's going somewhere it could sit underwater, that's a different conversation entirely.
How do I match an amplifier to my speakers without guessing?
Add up the RMS rating of everything the amp will power, and pick an amp whose RMS output (at your speakers' impedance — usually 4-ohm) lands close to that total. Undersized is thin sound; wildly oversized is a fast way to blow a voice coil.
Can I mix marine-grade gear into a standard car audio setup, or the reverse?
You can run marine-grade gear in a car — it's just over-built for that environment, no downside besides cost. Running non-weatherproof car audio gear in an open UTV or boat is the direction that causes problems.
What gauge wiring kit do I need?
It scales with your amp's power draw and the length of the run — DS18's OFC kits come in 4-gauge and 8-gauge for a reason. Undersized wiring on a high-draw system is a voltage-drop and heat problem waiting to happen; when in doubt, size up.
